Description

BAV5005LP is a 400V, 300mA, fast switching, high voltage switching diode that is ideally suited for Automated Insertion. BAV5005LP feastures a very low capacitance diode with a maximum of 2.5pF.  BAV5005LP is packaged in a ultra-small, ultra-low DFN package profile with package foot print of 1.0mm x 0.6mm x 0.5mm.
