Description

The MBR180S1 is a single rectifier packaged in SOD123. Ideally suited for low voltage, high frequency rectification or as freewheeling and polarity protection diodes in surface mount applications where compact size and weight are critical to the system. Typical applications are AC-DC and DC-DC converters, reverse battery protection, and “OR'ing” of multiple supply voltages and any other application where performance and size are critical.

Feature(s)

  • Low Forward Voltage (VF) Minimizes Conduction Losses and Improving Efficiency
  • Very Low Leakage at High Temperature
  • Guard Ring Die Construction for Transient Protection
  • Totally Lead-Free & Fully RoHS Compliant
  • Halogen and Antimony Free. “Green” Device

Application(s)

  • AC-DC and DC-DC Converters
  • Reverse Battery Protection
  • OR'ing of Multiple Supply Voltages
