Description

The D3V3Z1BD2CSPQ is an ultra-low capacitance ESD protection component designed specifically for protecting high-speed differential lines. It has the features required for board-level protection, including fast response time, low operating and clamping voltages, and no device performance degradation. The D3V3Z1BD2CSPQ has excellent ESD protection characteristics, highlighted by low peak ESD clamping voltage and high ESD withstand voltage (+/-20kV contact as per IEC 61000-4-2).
