Description

This new generation TVS (0.25pF) is designed in a U-DFN1006- 2/SWP to protect sensitive electronics (IEC/ISO Standards) from the damage due to ESD. The combination of small size makes it ideal for use in Serdes/Ethernet PHY/Type-C interface to protect high-speed data line port.
