Description

The D3V3X8U9LP3810 is a high-performance device suitable for protecting eight high speed I/Os. This device is assembled in UDFN3810-9 (Type B) package and has high ESD surge capability, low ESD clamping voltage and ultra-low capacitance.

  • IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD): Air — ±10kV, Contact — ±8kV
  • IEC 61000-4-5 (Lightning): 3A (8/20µs)
  • 8 Channels of ESD Protection
  • Ultra-Low Channel Input Capacitance of 0.45pF Typical
  • TLP Dynamic Resistance: 0.3Ω
  • Totally Lead-Free & Fully RoHS Compliant (Notes 1 & 2)
  • Halogen and Antimony Free. “Green” Device (Note 3)
