Description

The DIODES™ D3V3F4U8MR of transient voltage suppressors are designed to protect low voltage. This has been specifically designed to protect sensitive components which are connected to high-speed data and transmission lines from overvoltage caused by ESD (electrostatic discharge), CDE (cable discharge events), and FET (fast electrical transients).

Feature(s)

  • Protects two line pairs (four lines)
  • Low capacitance < 3pF for high-speed interfaces
  • Low operating and clamping voltages
  • IEC 61000-4-2, level 4 (ESD), > ±15KV (air) ; > ±8KV (contact)
  • IEC 61000-4-5, level 3 (Lightning), 48A (8/20µs)
  • Totally Lead-Free & Fully RoHS Compliant (Notes 1 & 2)
  • Halogen and Antimony Free. “Green” Device (Note 3)
  • For automotive applications requiring specific change control (i.e. parts qualified to AEC-Q100/101/104/200, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities), please contact us or your local Diodes representative.
