Description

This new TVS diode is designed to protect sensitive electronics from the damage due to ESD. The combination of small size (SOD323) and high ESD surge capability makes it ideal for use in automotive applications such as: USB-C ® ports, CAN BUS ports, audio equipment, and common I/O ports.
