The AZ431L series ICs are low voltage three-terminal adjustable regulators with guaranteed thermal stability over a full operation range. These ICs feature sharp turn-on characteristics, low temperature coefficient and low output impedance, which make them ideal substitutes for Zener diodes in applications such as switching power supply, charger, motherboard and other adjustable regulators. The output voltage can be set to any value between 1.24V and 18V with two external resistors. The AZ431L precision reference is offered in two voltage tolerance: 0.5% and 1.0%. These ICs are available in 4 packages: TO-92 (bulk or ammo packing), SOT-23, SOT-23-5 and SOT-89.

Our shunt voltage regulator portfolio includes 2.5V, 1.24V, and 0.6V reference voltage devices covering consumer, computing, industrial, and automotive applications.
It includes industry standard TL431 and TL432 equivalents, as well as footprint compatible, very low minimum (knee) current for latest low standby power isolated power supplies. Additionally, it includes a well enhanced operating voltage range TLV431 (1.24V) equivalents. All of the 2.5V and 1.24V support operating temperatures up to 125°C as standard, therefore reducing the number of variants that need to be qualified and stocked.
Automotive-compliant variants are available which are qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 in IATF 16949 facilities supporting PPAP documentation.
