Description

The AP7350 is an ultra-low quiescent current, very small package low dropout regulator with high output voltage accuracy. This regulator is based on a CMOS process.

The AP7350 includes a voltage reference, error amplifier, current limit circuit and an enable input to turn it on and off. With the integrated resistor network fixed output voltage versions can be delivered.
With its ultra-low power consumption and very small package dimensions and thin height, the AP7350 is well suited for low power hand-held, and wearable gadget with limited space.

The AP7350 is available in two packages, DDFN0606-4, as well as WL-CSP to allow for smallest footprint and dense PCB layout.
