Description

AL8807 是一款降压直流/直流转换器，能以恒流驱动发光二极

管 (LED)。这款器件可因应 LED 的正向电压，驱动多至 9 个

来自 6V 至 36V 电压源的串联 LED。串联连接的 LED 可提供

相同的 LED 电流，实现统一的亮度和避免设置镇流管电阻器

的需要。AL8807 的交换效率高至 1MHz，升降时间都得到控

制，可减少电磁干扰。这种特性让设计员可以使用小型的外部

元件，从而减少所需的印刷电路板面积。

AL8807的最大输出电流通过连接于 VIN和 SET输入接脚之间

的外部电阻器来设定。调光功能可通过把直流电压或脉冲宽度

调制 (PWM) 信号引入 CTRL 输入接脚来实现。CTRL 中的输

出 MOSFET 以 0.4V 或以下的输入电输来关掉，有效简化

PWM 调光。
