From Intern to Engineer

As a fresh Communication Engineering graduate from Sichuan University, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from my internship. But from the moment I stepped into the team, it was clear that this was going to be an unforgettable experience.

At Diodes, I quickly learned that teamwork isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a way of life. And the moment I saw wafers being transformed into chips was nothing short of awesome. It solidified my path in the semiconductor world.

Now that I’ve transitioned to a full-time role, I’m excited to keep growing and maybe even lead a project or two.

Jumpstarting My Career at Diodes: A Fresh Grad’s Exciting Journey

As a Mechanical and Electronic Engineering graduate from Yangzhou University’s Guangling College, I scored an internship at Diodes in Yangzhou, and after four amazing months, I was thrilled to join the team full-time.

Three Game-Changing Lessons from My Internship

1.     Turning Theory into Action

My time at Diodes showed me just how cool it is to apply what I learned in class to real-life projects. Seeing my knowledge come to life in practical situations was truly eye-opening.

2.     Teamwork Makes the Dream Work

I quickly found out that working well with others is a game-changer. Collaborating with my teammates taught me the power of communication and how important it is to have each other's backs.

The challenges I faced pushed me to keep improving. I learned that being adaptable and eager to learn are key to staying ahead in a fast-paced world.

As I continue my journey at Diodes, I’m pumped to dive deeper into my field, sharpen my communication skills, and grow my network. The future’s looking bright, and I can’t wait to see what’s in store.
