Description

The BCR401UW6 monolithically integrates a transistor, diodes, and resistors to function as a Constant Current Regulator (CCR) for LED driving. The device regulates with a preset 10mA nominal constant current that can be adjusted up to 100mA with an added external resistor. It is designed for driving LEDs in strings and self protects by reducing current at increasing temperatures. Operating as a series linear CCR for LED string current control, it can be used in applications with a 40V max supply.

This CCR is fully integrated into a SOT26 package and does not necessitate additional components, minimizing PCB area.
