Description

The D5V0X4U10LP is a high-performance device suitable for protecting four high-speed I/Os. Ultra−low capacitance and low ESD clamping voltage make this device an ideal solution for protecting voltage sensitive high-speed data lines. These devices are assembled in U-DFN2510-10 package and matched trace lengths necessary to maintain consistent impedance between high-speed differential lines such as USB 3.0 and HDMI.
