Director of Discrete Product Marketing/Business Development - Plano, TX

DUTIES: Manage discrete products business development activities for the North America region; manage and support North America sales team for discrete products, including discrete product support and promotion, regional pricing management, NBOs validation, driving regional design-ins/wins, quarterly market updates and regional NR/POP/POS forecast and reporting; coordinate the training of internal Sales/FAEs and key accounts engineers; support Discrete Business Units for regional key account identification and selection; lead the North America market intelligence collection, analysis and communicate to Discrete Product Business Units and Divisions; support Discrete Business Unit for new market/product development and promotion; support Discrete Business Units' NPBA development and sign-off; responsible for regional strategic account development and management

 

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Business Administration, or a related field, and 10 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a sales/marketing or business development manager/director, product engineer, or in a related/similar position responsible for the marketing or sales of power discrete products. Experience therein to include 5 years in SiC related marketing with knowledge of SiC products, silicon and packaging technology, and key end applications. Requires travel in the North America region.
