Our DC motor controllers are highly integrated, mixed-signal CMOS LSI chips designed for applications such as shavers, clippers, toothbrushes, etc. The devices can directly drive motors and feature:
- An operation range of 1.6V-5.5V
- 20µA maximum standby supply current
- 150mΩ high-side MOSFET
- 1A current driver
- Overtemperature, overcurrent, undervoltage, and short-circuit protections
- Filtering for key inputs
- Lock functionality
