Quick Charging Protocol Decoders, Controllers, and Switchers

Our Quick-Charging Protocol Decoders, Controllers, and Switchers cover quick-charging applications for  QC2.0, QC3.0, QC4/4+, QC5, and USB PD3.0 Programmable Power Supply (PPS), PD3.1 Standard Power Range (SPR), and Extended Power Range (EPR).

While Protocol Decoders deal with protocol decoding functions only, Protocol Controllers also provide advanced output capabilities such as PPS (3.3V~21V, 20mV/Step, 50mA/Step) and AVS (15V~28V, 100mV/Step). 

Protocol Switchers provide a highly integrated co-package single chip to offer both protocol control and PD output Enable MOS switch.

Multiple-port charging applications with smart power sharing and thermal management features can be supported through the I2C interface and embedded MCU/firmware stored in On-Time-Programmable (OTP) memory. Integration of Synchronous Rectification Controllers and PD controllers in a single-chip is supported for cost-sensitive quick-charging applications.
