Diodes 公司收购安森美位于缅因州南波特兰的晶圆制造厂

Diodes 公司 (纳斯达克股票代号:DIOD) 今天宣布 Diodes 公司已和安森美(onsemi)达成最终协议,收购安森美位于缅因州南波特兰的晶圆制造设施 (即「南波特兰晶圆厂」),但协议的条款并未被公布。

南波特兰晶圆厂 (SPFAB) 为Diodes 公司的模拟产品提供了额外的 200mm 晶圆厂产能,可以增加 Diodes 公司在汽车产业和工业终端市场的成长动能。加上亚洲和欧洲既有的晶圆制造厂,座落于美国的这座工厂,可以进一步提升 Diodes 公司的全球生产运营。

南波特兰晶圆厂交易的完成,必须符合惯例成交条件,预计将在 2022 年第二季度完成。成交后,南波特兰晶圆厂的运营和员工将会整合至 Diodes 公司旗下。
