Our LED drivers monolithically integrate transistors, diodes, and resistors to function as constant current regulators (CCR), providing high flexibility and longevity in linear LED driving. These devices reduce current at increasing temperatures for self-protection, and with an external resistor, are able to adjust and regulate preset currents.
