Sr. System Engineer - Milpitas, CA

Diodes Incorporated is seeking a qualified, motivated individual to join our company as a Sr. system engineer for high speed signal products to develop a system-level understanding of the end products like personal computers, data center servers or consumer devices to govern or facilitate our product definition, design recommendations and system application. 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with product marketing, FAE and design team to participate in new product and concept product roadmap development 
• Analyze system architecture to propose product features, value propositions and target data sheet specification
• Initiate with the engineering team for technical documents, white paper or application note creation
• Participate in industry standard organization and to promote our views and vote

 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field; master's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of system architectures and industry trends
• Experience with high-speed signal application or design
• IC component level knowledges are a plus
• Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills
