Diodes has created Spice models for a range of semiconductor components. Models included are Schottky and varicap, high-performance bipolar (high current, low VCE(sat), higher voltage bipolar, bipolar Darlington and MOSFET transistors, and more.
The Spice models are available in two formats:
- A separate Spice model text file for each Diodes device type for which a model is presently available. These can be accessed from our Design Tools > Spice models, or from data sheet links.
- All the available Diodes - Zetex device models are collected together into .LIB text files, organized by product groups.
A generic symbol library file is available called ZETEXM.SLB that enables Windows® versions of PSpice to use the Zetex spice models. Further information on the symbol library, including installation instructions will be found in the text file called ZETEXM.TXT
DIODES INCORPORATED AND ITS AFFILIATED COMPANIES AND SUBSIDIARIES (COLLECTIVELY, "DIODES") PROVIDE THESE SPICE MODELS AND DATA (COLLECTIVELY, THE "SM DATA") "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR ANY WARRANTY THAT ACCESS TO OR OPERATION OF THE SM DATA WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT THE SM DATA OR ANY SIMULATION USING THE SM DATA WILL BE ERROR FREE.
