LSC Shanghai, China: using the latest equipment, the manufacturing facility produces new generation high-speed bridges and rectifiers, and supplements our wafer fabrication.
LSC Keelung, Taiwan: manufactures surface mount devices (SMD), such as SMA, SMB, and SMC; high-powered packages, including TO-220 and TO-3P; and other glass-passivated products, such as super-fast recovery and Schottky rectifiers. Also, provides 3-inch glass-passivated wafer fabrication.
